I chose Athome Apartments specifically for its convenient location near Aarhus University, as I wanted to visit the university very much. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the bicycle rental service available at the apartment. It made exploring the city much easier and enjoyable. Additionally, I liked that Athome Apartments had a fitness center and a shared lounge, which were just 2.4 miles away from Aarhus University, Aarhus Natural History Museum, and Steno Museum.
Many things, such as the room facing the industry area, lack of sun and view, and the annoying bed configuration were minor inconveniences. The limited space and poorly-placed fridge were also drawbacks.

A complete kitchenette full of microwave delights and a fridge for my sad leftovers. Access to a gym that I'd rather avoid. Close to a noisy tram stop and the hospital, just what I needed.
The noise, oh the noise. Couldn't sleep, couldn't think, couldn't escape it.

Great location near the university, hospital, and offices. Good for morning jogging in the nearby meadows and fields. The room was spacious and equipped with a small kitchen and all necessary dishes. The hotel had a gym with a variety of equipment and laundry service available. Parking was conveniently located in front of the hotel.
Inadequate cleaning in the room, with dirty floors and sticky toilet seat and cover. Unwashed dishes and a dirty oven were found.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to the university, hospital, and offices. It was great for jogging in the nearby nature area. the room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a small kitchen and all the necessary dishes. the large TV screen was a nice touch. the availability of a gym and laundry service added convenience to our stay.
The noise insulation from the street was quite poor, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. we had some trouble with communication as we did not receive all the necessary information for our stay and had difficulty reaching anyone for help.

The bed and bath linen were clean and new, with the option to have them collected or dropped off by the cleaning team. the mattress was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the kitchen was well-equipped, including plates and cutlery, and there was a fridge for storing food. the location was convenient, with easy access to the light rail and train stations, making it a breeze to reach Aarhus Central and the university.
Felt spoilt, nothing to complain about.
